Position Overview Highly Skilled in QA , Oasis reviewer and Coding Clinical Manager. Quality organizational skills and strong understanding of home health & geriatric care. Experience in home health will be highly valued and very well compensated. Responsibilities Audits and Review Oasis and Coding. Completes chart audit tool to document patient chart audit has been completed and any areas of concern have been addressed. Maintains, adheres to and supports agency policies, procedures and patient care manuals. Reviews coordination of patient evaluation between all disciplines involved in the client's care to ensure quality driven cost efficient care plan. Assists management and administration with quality assurance and quality improvement efforts. Identifies clinical problem areas and informs Clinical Manager/Clinical Director of any deficiencies. Enforces Agency work policies consistently. Attends staff meetings as required including bi-annual all-staff in-services. Adheres to the practice of confidentiality regarding patients, staff and the organization Performs other duties as required. Qualification Valid state issued Registered Nurse License and Certified in Oasis Review, Coding and
ICD-10. A
working knowledge of Medicare home health requirements Strong clinical knowledge and background Must have positive and professional skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate computer knowledge and skills. Must be highly and consistently organized.
