You will play a crucial role in monitoring and supporting patients with complex cardiovascular conditions alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

Essential Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Previous experience in a CVICU setting Strong understanding of critical care protocols for cardiac and vascular patients Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Current BLS and ACLS certifications Exceptional communication and critical-thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care to patients with acute cardiovascular conditions Monitor cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status, administering appropriate interventions Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient management Operate and troubleshoot advanced life support and monitoring equipment Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage complex therapies according to protocol Provide patient and family education regarding disease management and care plan Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure adherence to all safety guidelines
