Qualifications:

Active Illinois RN license required Experience working as a school nurse or with pediatrics preferred Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail with ventilator-dependent care Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with students, staff, and family members Comfortable providing care independently and maintaining thorough documentation

Primary Duties:

Deliver daily health care and monitoring for a 3-year-old student requiring ventilator support Collaborate with education staff and family on student care plans and accommodations Administer medications and therapies as prescribed Monitor and report changes in the students condition promptly and accurately Ensure a safe and supportive environment in line with school regulations Maintain detailed records of treatments, observations, and interventions
