  • Responsibilities include:

Implementing and modifying nursing interventions while ensuring documentation accuracy. Providing post-operative care, managing complex wounds, and educating patients and families on ostomies. Monitoring safety hazards, communicating effectively, and offering peer feedback for professional growth. Collaborating with specialty residency teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Qualifications:
  • Licensed RN with current Illinois licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days. High school diploma or GED. Ability to perform unit-specific responsibilities and maintain departmental competencies.
