We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled healthcare professional looking for flexible, short shifts in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Administer daily medication and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and assess the health and well-being of residents. Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with the individual care plan. Assist with daily activities of living as needed. Respond to emergency situations as they arise. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and care.

Qualifications:

Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois. Previous experience in senior care, geriatric care, or long-term care is preferred. Ability to provide excellent patient care in a compassionate and professional manner. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
