Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment in the operating room. Assist surgeons during procedures, ensuring all instruments and equipment are available and functioning. Monitor patient safety, vital signs, and anesthesia needs throughout surgeries. Maintain meticulous documentation according to facility protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Uphold rigorous infection control and patient care standards.

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN licensure. Minimum of one year experience as an OR nurse. Current BLS (and ACLS preferred). Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques. Effective communicator and team player. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to make quick decisions under pressure.
