Schedule:

December 4, 10, 11, 18, 31, January 7, 8, 15, 21, 22, 29, February 4, 5, 12, 18, 19, 26 Thursday - 8am to 3pm Friday - 8am to 1pm

Responsibilities :

Knowledge and experience in primary care and preventative services to treat and work with employees Health coaching, flu clinics and biometric screenings

Requirements :
