00/hour Part-Time | Day Shift | No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays Ready to trade hospital chaos for pediatric energy? If you're craving a change from unpredictable hospital shifts, come join a team where the days are busy, the kids are hilarious, and the schedule actually lets you have a life. Carmel Pediatrics is a fast-paced, high-energy office where nurses build real relationships with patients and families — and still make it home for dinner. We're looking for an upbeat, dependable RN to join us Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. What You'll Be Doing You'll be a key part of our pediatric care team, jumping between triage calls, patient rooms, and provider support — no two hours look the same.
Room patients:
vitals, height, weight, growth chart documentation Assist providers during visits Administer vaccines and maintain immunization records Run in-office testing (strep, flu, etc.) Communicate lab/test results to families Educate patients and parents Coordinate referrals, labs, and diagnostic testing Handle school, camp, and medical form completion Call in or fax prescriptions per provider orders Occasional urinary catheterizations Keep the day moving with a smile — patient experience is everything here You'd Be a Great Fit If You're Friendly, compassionate, and genuinely love working with kids Organized and unbothered by a fast-paced, ever-changing day A clear, confident communicator A team player who pitches in wherever needed Excited about pediatrics — experience preferred, but we'll train the right attitude
What You'll Need Required:
Active Indiana RN license Current AHA BLS certification CPR certification Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort working efficiently in a busy office environment Nice to
Have:
