PM Job Summary:

As the Nurse, will be responsible for directing and coordinating patient care and clinical supervision of support staff. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop, and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.

Job Responsibilities:

Prioritize and organize daily patient care activities to ensure safe and efficient unit operations. Assign patient care responsibilities and collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement treatment plans. Perform ongoing physical and psychosocial assessments from admission through discharge and maintain accurate documentation. Coordinate workflow among support staff and communicate patient care concerns to unit supervisors. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and provider orders. Develop and update individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and changes in condition. Supervise support staff and complete medication administration monitoring and clinical observation documentation. Maintain accurate nursing notes, transfer forms, and other required patient records. Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, treatment plans, and care goals. Respond promptly to emergencies and manage patients experiencing agitation or behavioral concerns. Provide orientation, guidance, and ongoing support to newly assigned unit staff. Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and facility standards
