What You'll Do As a PACU RN, you will: Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition using sound clinical judgment Deliver individualized, evidence-based nursing care Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure positive patient outcomes Educate patients and families regarding post-operative recovery and discharge instructions Coordinate care plans and advocate for patients throughout the recovery process Supervise and support care provided by ancillary staff as appropriate Why Deaconess Women's Hospital?
