POSITION SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse will apply nursing knowledge in assessing, implementing and evaluating patient response to actual or potential health problems. Also responsible for (1) providing skilled care to acutely ill and/or chronically ill patients in their homes; (2) recording clinical/progress notes, coordinating patient care and activities/services to provide the highest quality of patient care.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed, in good standing, as an Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana Has graduated from an approved school of nursing Meets educational/experience requirements in the laws of licensure states - One year nursing experience Demonstrates the ability to communicate adequately in order to complete required forms and reports, and to follow oral to the client's Individualized Support Plan/Care Plan or written instructions Demonstrates the ability to provide services accordingly Demonstrates willingness to accept supervision from a Clinical SupervisorANCHOR PROVIDES
