Qualifications & Experience:
Current and valid RN license Demonstrated experience in ICU or critical care nursing Strong clinical assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Proficient with ventilators, IV drips, and advanced cardiac monitoring BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to ICU patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Continuous monitoring of patients' vital signs, promptly recognizing and responding to critical changes Administer medications, fluids, and interventions as prescribed Provide education and support to patients' families regarding patient status and care plans Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain meticulous records and participate in patient care planning and evaluation Joining this assignment means making a difference at a crucial time for patients in need of expert care.
