Performs patient assessment in a systematic and organized manner to provide high quality and safe outcomes. Provides patient care before, during and after diagnostic and interventional procedures. Analyzes collected data to formulate a plan of care that contributes to high quality and safe Outcomes. Implements a plan of care with measurable criteria consistent with world class performance levels. Evaluates the plan of care with the patient and family support system to maintain world class levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes. Contributes to a high-performance work environment by seeking educational resources that enhance and maintain current knowledge and skills. Completes other duties and special assignments as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education -- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Experience -- Two (2) years nursing experience, preferably cardiac and/or office setting.
