Travel Long Term Care RN We are seeking a skilled Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a healthcare facility. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessing health status, developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and supervising nursing staff.

Key responsibilities include:

Assessing and monitoring patient health changes Implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare teams Administering medications and performing skilled procedures such as wound care and IV therapy Supervising LPNs and CNAs, delegating tasks appropriately Educating residents and families on treatments and managing chronic conditions Documenting care and resident progress accurately Responding quickly to emergencies and coordinating with medical teams Ensuring compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications and Skills:
