Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting Perform assessments and monitor changes in resident condition Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Develop and maintain individualized resident care plans Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate changes in condition with providers, leadership, residents, and families Coordinate care with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and other team members Respond appropriately to changes in resident status and emergency situations Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:
