This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations while promoting a positive and respectful living environment for residents. Schedule & Pay Full-time position 3 twelve-hour shifts + 1 six-hour shift (Wednesdays) Every other weekend rotation required Base pay is $34/hour Additional shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and oversee daily activities of nursing assistants Lead shift assignments and ensure clear communication among team members Admit, transfer, and discharge residents in accordance with policy Review, update, and implement care plans and discharge plans Maintain accurate charting, incident reports, and required documentation Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous long-term care experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills Knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations Benefits That Support You Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Pension plan for long-term financial security Paid time off (vacation & sick time) Shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends Company-paid life insurance ($30,000) Company-paid short-term disability YMCA membership discount to support your wellness
