Labette Health is seeking a compassionate and organized Registered Nurse to join our Urology Clinic team. This position provides direct patient care and clinical support in a fast-paced specialty clinic focused on diagnosing and treating a variety of urologic conditions. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with patients, coordinating care, and working closely with providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience. What You'll Do Provide nursing care and patient education in the outpatient clinic setting Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments Triage patient calls and assess patient concerns Coordinate diagnostic testing, referrals, and follow-up care Administer medications and injections as ordered Review laboratory and imaging results and communicate provider recommendations Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care What We're Looking For Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous clinic or specialty practice experience preferred, but not required Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy outpatient environment Commitment to providing excellent patient-centered care Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer applications Why Join Labette Health?
