Role:
As a Registered Nurse at Richmond Healthcare & Rehab Center, you will be responsible for: Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting vital signs Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and feedback Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our residents
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Kansas [Salary will be discussed during the interview process] [Benefits will be discussed during the interview process] Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassion, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
