In this role, you will be integral to our commitment to enhance the lives of our residents through outstanding care and support. Employing your expert nursing skills, you will administer medications, manage patient care plans, and contribute to our innovative aging services, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our senior residents. Responsibilities Asses and monitor resident's health condition and record related data Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize care plans Educate residents and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance Supervise nursing assistants and support staff Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the facility Required Skills Strong clinical skills in senior care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively Compassionate and patient-focused approach
