Required Qualifications and Experience:
Active RN license valid in Kentucky or compact state eligibility Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a Cath Lab setting BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) Strong knowledge of cardiac procedures, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency response protocols Excellent critical thinking, communication, and technical skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all phases of cardiac catheterization procedures, including pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery Monitor and document patients' vital signs and status throughout procedures Collaborate closely with cardiologists, technologists, and nursing team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Provide education and emotional support to patients and families Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and documentation standards
