Key Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care to PCU patients, monitoring complex needs and responding swiftly to changes in condition Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve positive patient outcomes Implement evidence-based interventions, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards Educate patients and families about ongoing care plans and recovery processes Accurately document observations, interventions, and responses in the patient medical record

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent PCU nursing experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Ability to acclimate quickly to new settings and collaborate with various healthcare teams BLS and ACLS certifications required
