Responsibilities Provide direct inpatient rehabilitation nursing care to adults with complex conditions. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings in the EHR. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor patient progress, vital signs, and responses to therapy. Educate patients and families on care plans, safety, and discharge needs. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
