Voted Richmond Register's 2024 and 2025 Best of the Best Nursing Home, Telford Terrace is a small Skilled Nursing Facility with a total of 42 beds located on the campus of St. Andrews Retirement Community. The RN coordinates delivery of resident care for his/her assigned shift, including drug distribution to residents. Participates in achieving departmental objectives in clinical practice, education and ensuring a high standard of the delivery of resident care is maintained. Supports the philosophy, goals and objectives of Telford Terrace.
