1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN to provide care across low

•to high-risk pregnancies in a busy L&D unit requiring KY or compact RN licensure. Details Work in a Labor and Delivery unit with 14 LDR rooms, 3 ORs, and a 4-bed OB ED Unit delivers approximately 3,000 babies per year and supports low

•to high-risk pregnancies with 24/7 specialty support Day shift schedule with 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week 36 hours per week, 0.9 FTE Requirements Active, unrestricted RN license (KY or compact) required BLS required ACLS and NRP required per department compliance standards ADN or ASN required; BSN preferred No prior experience required, though previous nursing experience preferred Additional Information Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document care in accordance with nursing scope of practice and hospital policy Coordinate admission, transfer, and discharge activities including discharge teaching and care coordination Deliver patient and family-centered education and individualized treatment planning Collaborate with inter-professional care team members and delegate tasks to other staff as appropriate Participate in unit-based quality improvement activities and core measure initiatives
