13-Week Contract Schedule Information Day shift 6:30 AM-7:00 PM 13-week assignment RN - Med/Surg Requirements Minimum of two years of recent medical-surgical, neurology, or acute-care nursing experience Strong patient-assessment and neurological-monitoring skills Experience administering medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments Ability to recognize and respond to changes in patients' conditions Strong clinical-documentation and communication skills Ability to work effectively with physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical and neurology patients. Complete patient assessments and monitor vital signs and neurological status. Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and IV therapies. Develop, maintain, and update individualized nursing care plans. Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Educate patients and families regarding treatment, recovery, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Coordinate patient care with physicians and other clinical team members. Follow all patient-safety, infection-control, and facility procedures.
