RN - NICU

Requirements Minimum of two years of recent NICU nursing experience Strong neonatal assessment and patient-monitoring skills Experience administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies Ability to operate neonatal and respiratory-support equipment Strong clinical-documentation and family-education skills Ability to respond effectively to changes in neonatal patients' conditions Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU. Complete neonatal assessments and monitor vital signs. Identify and respond promptly to changes in patient condition. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and IV therapies. Operate and monitor neonatal equipment. Support feeding and developmentally appropriate care. Respond appropriately to neonatal emergencies. Educate and support patients' families. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Coordinate care with physicians and other members of the clinical team. Follow patient-safety, infection-control, and facility procedures. Perform additional nursing duties as assigned.
