Provide high-quality emergency care for diverse patient populations, including infants to end-of-life patients Manage various acuity levels in the ED, including trauma, cardiac, neurological, and medical cases Administer medications, perform procedures such as ventilation management, and interpret cardiac rhythms Support patient stabilization and coordinate care during emergencies Collaborate with ED physicians, hospitalists, and ancillary staff Maintain accurate charting in Meditech Expanse EMR system Follow protocols for trauma, stroke, codes, and critical careSituations What You Need:
Active RN license in Louisiana or eligible to obtain 2+ years of ED experience, trauma experience preferred Key skills: Ventilator management, critical care drips, cardiac rhythm interpretation, emergency procedures, EKG competency (must pass an EKG exam prior to arrival) Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure situations Strong communication and teamwork skills About theAssignment:
