Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide direct patient care to adult patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Monitor and assess patient conditions, including respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, and other critical conditions Manage patient documentation using Meditech Expanse EMR system Administer medications, including drip titrations (Levophed, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Insulin) Perform clinical procedures such as CVL management, Foley catheter care, tube feedings via NGT or PEG, and Arterial line management Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including hospitalists, RT, PT, OT, and ST Support patient safety and comfort while maintaining professionalism at all times Adhere to hospital policies including scrubs, badge visibility, and no cell phone use in patient areas What You Need Active RN license in Louisiana (or eligible compact state) Minimum 2 years of relevant acute care RN experience, preferably in a PCU setting

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
