Founded and led by a Registered Nurse, Decision Critical is a concierge nursing organization dedicated to bridging the gap between the hospital, physician's office, and home. Our nurses provide highly personalized clinical support during some of life's most critical healthcare moments—from post-operative recovery and complex medical needs to chronic illness, elderly care, and end-of-life support. Current Opportunity We have an immediate need for experienced RNs in the Monroe area for an in-home private nursing case requiring approximately 6 hours of nursing care per day . We are looking for nurses who combine excellent clinical judgment with the professionalism, compassion, discretion, and attention to detail that define the Decision Critical standard of care.
Ideal candidates will:
Hold an active, unrestricted Louisiana RN license Have strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Be dependable, professional, compassionate, and confident working independently in the home setting Communicate exceptionally well with patients, families, physicians, and the Decision Critical clinical team Understand and value highly personalized, one-on-one patient care Have relevant acute care, critical care, private duty, home health, or complex-care experience preferred Maintain current BLS certification Why Decision Critical?
