Key Schedule:
Travel position with variable shifts (schedule details provided during onboarding)
Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing At least one year of recent ICU nursing experience required BLS and ACLS certifications (current) Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional intensive care to critically ill patients, following evidence-based protocols Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and fellow nurses to coordinate comprehensive patient care Monitor vital signs and patient status, responding promptly to changes in condition Administer medications, manage life-support equipment, and document all care activities accurately Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care processes Uphold rigorous infection control and safety standards
