Qualifications Proven supervising experience in nursing education or clinical instruction within higher education or hospital settings. Experience working with post-secondary students in diverse cultural backgrounds within teaching hospitals or university environments. In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, educational compliance standards, and simulation methods. Background in nursing practice with specialties such as critical care, pediatrics, adult medicine, or senior care; acute care or ICU experience preferred.
