$60.30/hour (based on available pay rate) Benefits include: Competitive pay package Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide high acuity ICU care for post-operative cardiac, transplant, and surgical recovery patients Monitor and support patients with PA catheters, balloon pumps, and other advanced devices Manage patient conditions including aortic dissection and post-op CABG or valve repair Utilize Epic electronic medical records for patient documentation Float to other ICUs and SDUs as needed, maintaining flexibility and team support Respond to emergency events, including staying on-site if assigned to emergency teams Follow all unit protocols and safety procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomesWhat You Need Required:
Active Louisiana RN license ACLS and BLS certifications NIH certification (preferred) ICU/Critical Care experience, especially with post-op cardiac and transplant patients Epic EMR experiencePreferred:
