Residents provide direct patient care, perform assessments, administer medications, and support recovery from major illness and injury. Under the guidance of experienced preceptors, you'll build strong clinical skills in rehabilitation nursing, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in a structured residency with education, mentorship, and competency development.
