Qualifications & Experience:
Active RN license required Experience with pediatric or school-age populations preferred Familiarity with asthma, diabetes, allergies, and general childhood illnesses Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents Comfort with documentation and maintaining confidential health records
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily health needs and medications for an elementary caseload Provide first aid, illness assessment, and emergency care as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student wellness and educational goals Develop and implement individualized health care plans Educate students and staff on healthy practices, hygiene, and disease prevention Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
