Essential Qualifications:

Current and valid Massachusetts RN license Current certification in CPR and first aid Completion of safety care training At least two years nursing experience, including hands-on general nursing practice, staff supervision, and training Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care, triage, and treatment for illness or injuries occurring during school hours Administer daily and emergency medications, consistent with state regulations and school policy Handle crisis intervention and health emergencies promptly and effectively Provide health education, contributing to overall student wellbeing Communicate clearly with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding student health needs Maintain accurate health records and oversee medical plans for students with chronic conditions Train, oversee, and support staff in health and safety protocols throughout the program This role offers full-time hours during the school week, with a pay rate of $45 per hour and a start date as soon as possible.
