$55/hr Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join an exceptional nursing team within a residential program serving youth. This role provides critical support through medication management, health coordination, emergency response, and health advocacy in a residential educational setting. The RN will work collaboratively with the residential nursing team to promote student wellness, support staff education, and ensure high-quality healthcare services for youth in care. Responsibilities Provide nursing services and health support to youth in a residential setting. Supervise medication administration and oversee medication management plans. Coordinate healthcare services, medical appointments, and follow-up care. Monitor student health status and respond to medical concerns as needed. Provide clinical guidance and critical decision-making during health emergencies. Collaborate with residential staff and interdisciplinary team members to support student wellness. Educate students and staff on health-related topics and best practices. Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of students. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care. Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License required. Previous experience working with pediatric, adolescent, school-based, residential, behavioral health, or community health populations preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to respond effectively during medical emergencies. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to supporting the health and well-being of youth. Requirements Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License . Successful completion of all facility onboarding requirements. Ability to participate in an in-person client interview .
