9583551-01852 Job Description Step confidently into an impactful role supporting a high school female student as a one-on-one RN in a dynamic educational setting for the 26/27 academic year. This contract position is an excellent opportunity for Registered Nurses eager to combine their clinical expertise with a passion for pediatric care and school nursing. The role begins September 2, 2026, working full-time Monday through Friday from approximately 7:00am to 3:00pm. Your responsibilities will include providing dedicated one-on-one nursing care, with a focus on catheter care, mobility assistance, and safe transportation throughout the school day. Your support will be essential in enabling your student to fully participate in the school environment.

Key qualifications:

Active RN license in Massachusetts Experience in pediatric or school nursing (preferred) Skilled in catheterization, mobility support, and transportation of students with health needs Strong communication and collaboration skills Compassion, reliability, and professionalism in all interactions Primary responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one nursing care during all school hours Assist the student with catheter care and mobility needs Support transportation to and from school and between activities Monitor and document health status, responding promptly to changes Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals as a valued member of the educational team Compensation is highly competitive, with pay between $40 and $45 per hour, based on experience.
