Specific responsibilities include:

Respond to on-call messages that will include making recommendations via phone and making visits to the home of the patient when needed. Death pronouncements for patients dying at home or in a location where there is not a registered nurse to pronounce death. Make scheduled hospice visits or complete admissions to patients as directed by Clinical Director.

SCHEDULE

Biweekly Evening & Overnight Coverage, Weekend Coverage:

Monday through

Thursday:

5:00pm-8:30am (overnight coverage)

Friday, Saturday, & Sunday:

5:00pm Friday until Monday at 8:30am (continuous coverage) Pay is commensurate on experience and territory coverage. Applicants must meet all state licensing requirements and possess a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.

$1,800.00 - $3,500.00 per week
