Job Description Hiring:

Location:
Newton, MA.
An additional $500 as a completion bonus.
Coverage Areas:
Lynn, Nahant,
Saugus Start Date:
06/28/2026
Schedule:
- Day Shift
- 08:00 AM
- 04:30 PM
Weekend Rotation:
Once every 6 weeks
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year Certified Home Health experience
REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year Case Management experience
REQUIRED
- Experience in hospice, private care, or standalone case management will NOT qualify
- Must have experience specifically within a
Certified Home Health Agency Traveler Pay Package:
Gross Weekly Pay:
$3,200/week.
Taxable Weekly Pay:
$1,600/week. | W2
Rate:
$40/hr.
Non-Taxable Weekly Pay:
$1,600/week.
Local Pay:
Gross Weekly Pay:
$2,800/week.
W2 Taxable hourly rate: $70/hr.
Additional Notes:
- Start date is dependent upon credentialing clearance
