A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Your responsibilities may include:
Training and evaluating caregivers on Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills Providing guidance and support to our HHAs and CNAs Reviewing and monitoring client care plans Providing clinical oversight and guidance Being a clinical resource for our caregivers, clients, and office team Answering care-related questions and helping caregivers feel confident in the field Participating in occasional client or facility visits when needed Helping us ensure our clients receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is not only a great nurse, but someone who truly cares about people and enjoys helping others succeed. You'll be a great fit if you have: An active Massachusetts RN license in good standing Experience with seniors, geriatric care, home care, or a related setting Strong communication and teaching skills A compassionate and approachable personality The ability to work independently Reliable transportation for occasional visits A genuine passion for helping seniors remain safe and independent at home Even Better If You Have...
