We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector who is clinically skilled, confident in consultation and treatment planning, and passionate about building long-term relationships with patients. The ideal candidate has established aesthetic injecting experience, strong knowledge of facial anatomy, and the ability to confidently guide patients through individualized treatment plans. This role is best suited for a provider who values continued growth, takes ownership of the patient experience, and enjoys contributing to a collaborative, high-performing practice. Consultation & Treatment Planning Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and facial assessments. Understand patient concerns, goals, and expectations. Develop personalized treatment plans using a combination of appropriate modalities. Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, maintenance, and pre- and post-care. Aesthetic Treatments Safely and confidently perform neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments. Demonstrate strong knowledge of facial anatomy, product selection, dosing, placement, and complication management. Properly prepare and reconstitute injectable products. Experience with Allergan, Galderma, and/or Merz products preferred. Experience with additional aesthetic modalities such as, regenerative treatments, RF microneedling, laser resurfacing, and advanced skincare treatments is a plus. Patient Care & Documentation Provide an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up. Build lasting patient relationships through education, trust, and consistent clinical care. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, dosing, placement, and outcomes. Follow all clinical protocols and maintain the highest standards of patient safety. Practice & Brand Growth Maintain awareness of treatment and product inventory. Participate in ongoing clinical education and training. Collaborate with the Amalfi team on patient education, practice growth, and treatment initiatives. Regularly contribute educational and treatment-focused social media content that aligns with the Amalfi brand. Qualifications Active RN or advanced practice nursing license in good standing. At least 2 years previous aesthetic injecting experience required. Strong proficiency in neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments. Excellent understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment. Strong consultation and treatment-planning skills. Ability to confidently educate patients and recommend appropriate treatments without compromising clinical integrity. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety and outcomes. Comfortable participating in social media and educational content. Motivated to continue learning and advancing clinically. Compensation & Schedule Competitive compensation based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based commission in addition to base salary. Flexible schedule options may be available, including approximately 24-29 hours per week.
