Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse(s) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in our facility ! fulltime position on 7-3 shift 1 fulltime position on 3-11 shift 1 part-time shfit on 3-11 Perdiem positions available forall 3 shifts Duties Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Conduct physical examinations and document medical histories. Collaborate with nurse practitioner and medical director to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform wound care, catheterization, IV insertion, and other nursing procedures as required. Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for patients. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients. Experience with documention / medication distribution using PCC ( Point Click Care) preferred. Pay Rate based on years licensened as a nurse
