Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Registered Nurse (RN) for a private home care position, providing in-home care for a client in Wellfleet on Cape Cod. Shifts are as needed (PRN).

Responsibilities:

Assess client's health status and monitor vital signs Administer medications and treatments per care plan Perform wound care and other clinical procedures as needed Coordinate with physicians and family regarding care plan updates Supervise and support any CNA/home health aide involved in client's care Educate client and family on health management Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

Active RN license in Massachusetts Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Prior home care / private duty experience preferred CPR/BLS certification required Dependable, punctual, and compassionate
