Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse with expertise in IV therapy and fluency in Spanish to join our dedicated healthcare team. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories. Administer IV infusions, medications, and injections following aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comfort. Provide specialized IV therapy treatments, including hydration, medication delivery, and blood draws, adhering to established protocols. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication administration, and post-care instructions in both English and Spanish. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that meet patient needs across various healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities. Maintain accurate medical documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Requirements Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice with current certification. Proven experience in IV infusion therapy and administering injections using sterile techniques. Fluency in Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively serve Spanish-speaking patients. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy relevant to nursing practice.
