Registered Nurse Leadership Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Leadership Role to join our team at Ellicott City Nursing and Rehab Center in Ellicott City, Maryland. In this vital role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families. About the
Role:
As a Registered Nurse Leadership Role , you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents, while also mentoring and guiding other nursing staff members. You will work closely with our nursing team to develop and implement patient care plans, conduct resident assessments, and educate families on care and treatment. Your strong leadership skills and expertise in nursing will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring resident conditions Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Conduct regular resident assessments and update care plans as needed Mentor and guide other nursing staff members, providing feedback and coaching as necessary Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
