We specialize in precision medicine, longevity, regenerative therapies, hormone optimization, performance health, and advanced wellness protocols. Unlike a traditional high-volume healthcare setting, our practice is intentionally designed around personalized care, longer patient relationships, and a premium patient experience. This position is ideal for an experienced RN who is passionate about proactive healthcare, enjoys building relationships with patients, and is excited to be part of the future of medicine. Schedule Part-Time Position (20-30 hours per week) Flexible daytime schedule Typical hours between 9:00 AM-2:00 PM or 10:00 AM-3:00 PM No nights, weekends, or holidays Minimum Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience required Strong IV placement skills required Prior experience with IV therapy, infusion nursing, emergency medicine, ICU, procedural nursing, aesthetics, or wellness medicine preferred Excellent clinical judgment and ability to work independently Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems Comfortable working in a small, growing practice environment Clinical Responsibilities Perform IV therapies and support advanced wellness treatments Assist with physician-led longevity and regenerative therapies including exposure to treatments such as EBOO, ozone therapies, biologics, and other innovative protocols Prepare patients, treatment rooms, and clinical equipment Maintain proper documentation and clinical standards Assist with inventory management and clinical supplies Provide a professional, concierge-level patient experience Administrative & Operations Responsibilities This role combines clinical nursing with practice operations. The ideal candidate should enjoy organization, systems, and helping a growing practice run efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Patient communication and scheduling support EMR documentation and workflow management Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, and operational systems Assisting with internal processes and administrative tasks Supporting practice growth initiatives and improving patient experience
Technology Skills Preferred:
