What You'll Do Lead a 75,000-visit Emergency Department and Behavioral Health Unit. Drive patient throughput, staff engagement, quality outcomes, and operational excellence. Build, mentor, and stabilize nursing leadership teams. Partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and hospital executives to advance performance and patient care. Lead culture change initiatives and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Who You Are Proven nurse leader with 5+ years of Emergency Department leadership experience in a high-acuity complex setting. Proven success leading large, high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environments. Visible leader who builds credibility through frontline engagement and presence. Skilled at leading transformation, developing leaders, and driving measurable results. Experience in trauma, behavioral health, academic medicine, or unionized environments is a plus.
