Day Shift | In-Person The Facebar Aesthetic Medicine is seeking an experienced, personable, and highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to work closely alongside our Medical Director and support the day-to-day clinical operations of our growing aesthetic medicine practice. This is a unique nursing role that is heavily focused on clinical support, patient care, procedure assistance, medical documentation, and assisting the Medical Director . While experience in aesthetics is highly preferred, this position is not an injector role. The ideal candidate is an RN who enjoys being hands-on, working directly with patients and providers, and helping keep a busy clinical environment organized and running efficiently. We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. The right candidate will have excellent clinical and communication skills and a genuine interest in aesthetic medicine. Responsibilities Work directly alongside the Medical Director during patient care and procedures Escort and room patients Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, medications, allergies, and other pertinent patient information Assist with patient assessments and clinical preparation Provide medical scribing and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Assist the Medical Director with aesthetic and medical procedures Assist with procedures including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments, other aesthetic services Prepare patients and treatment areas for procedures Set up procedure trays and ensure necessary supplies are available Take standardized before-and-after patient photographs Provide appropriate patient education and pre- and post-procedure instructions Assist with clinical follow-up and patient communication as directed by the Medical Director Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Stock and organize treatment rooms and clinical supplies Turn over treatment rooms between patients, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment Follow appropriate infection-control, sterilization, sharps, and biohazard-waste procedures Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, providers, coworkers, and vendors Assist with additional clinical and administrative responsibilities as needed to support the Medical Director and practice Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will: Hold a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland Have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience Have previous experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, or a medical spa setting — strongly preferred Be comfortable working in a clinical support capacity alongside a provider Have experience with EMR systems and medical documentation Have strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills Be comfortable assisting with procedures and hands-on patient care Have excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills Be professional, polished, friendly, and approachable Be able to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Be dependable and interested in becoming a long-term member of our team Have a genuine interest in aesthetics, wellness, and patient care Be willing to contribute wherever needed as part of a collaborative clinical teamQualifications Required:
Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Current BLS certification Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer and EMR proficiencyPreferred:
