Qualifications & Experience:
Active RN license required Background working with adults with disabilities, preferably in educational or vocational settings Familiarity with care planning and triage nursing Confident in a delegating nurse capacity and clinically skilled Comfortable using computers and electronic health record systems HRST (Health Risk Screening Tool) certification preferred Experience with G-tube feeding, seizure tracking, and conducting 45/90-day assessments
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans Provide triage nursing and respond promptly to health concerns Delegate tasks appropriately, train staff on safe lifting procedures, and proper medication administration Maintain and update seizure logs and other required health documentation Participate in meetings, contributing valuable insights into care and support plans Train and mentor staff in best nursing practices
Schedule Details:
Full-time, contract role (37.5 hours/week)
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday:
8:30AM 4:30
PM Tuesday, Friday:
