As a trusted third-party administrator, we conduct over 16, 000 in-home visits each year focused on quality care and clear insights. Registered Nurse (RN)Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home health visits to complete assessments on clients' medical, functional, and cognitive status.
- Utilize critical thinking and assessment skills to obtain thorough health history information.
- Comply with all customized assessment instructions and ensure accurate data entry.
- Communicate promptly with the illumifin team regarding file status and appointment times.
- Respond professionally to any follow-up clarification questions regarding submitted assessments.
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in your state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN clinical experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
- Reliable personal transportation for local travel.
- Standard home office tools: A printer with a scanner in the home.
- Basic clinical tools: A calibrated manual upper-arm blood pressure cuff, a calibrated portable scale, and a measuring tape.
